Long-Range
Fuel Tank
Our
long-range fuel tank has been a great success giving us a 3 hour
endurance and a lot more usable helicopter. This system can be
retro fitted to older Exec 162F's with a few small changes to
the standard build. It is also available for the new TALON A600A.

RotorWay
Releases the new A600 Talon
RotorWay
USA has new owners and the future for the product looks really
good.
The A600 Talon was released at Oshkosh in July 2007. There have
been several modifications which take the RotorWay helicopter
to a new level.
We should
have our first Talon in the Country in October and flying by around
Christmas time.

Electronic
Water Pump Conversion
After
testing we now have EWP conversions available including a digital
pump controller - a very easy retro fit that takes about 3 hours
to complete with a little aluminium welding to be done. We have
found it decreased our MP by 1 inch in hover and cruise and the
water temp did not move above 75 degrees Celsius even on a hot
day hovering out of ground effect with full fuel and two up.
The
new pump eliminates the old pump's seal problems, the thermostat
and the bypass hose to give us more power, less weight and no
pressure build up before the thermostat opens and shorter warm
up times. The expansion tank becomes the highest point in the
cooling system for bleeding all the air out so there is no downside
and RotorWay are going to fit these pumps as OM on all new kits
with a smaller belt to the alternator.
